The Unrepentant 2015 Permadeath challenge.

Hey Sarlona.

It's Dave from the Unrepentant here to throw down the gauntlet to the server, as a bit of fun I'm starting A server wide Permadeath challenge. The rules are simple:

1. You must start from lvl 1 and must start on a first life.
2. Toons must be tagged DNR (Do Not Resurrect) at the very start of their name.
3. You can only use gear you pull on that toon yourself (no transferring between toons or banks etc chests and loot list only, you can however pass items between players within the chest) no DDO store items.
4. any death of any type and that character can no longer take part in the challenge.
5. Honours system to see who can get furthest.
6. Try to group with DNR toons wherever possible.
7. No daily rolls and no airship buffs.

So to join, simply post below to accept the challenge and then post your lvl at death. Person at the stroke of midnight on the last day of 2015 (GMT) with the highest level (or most lives) wins. This is just a bit of fun so please no cheating, but bragging writes to the winner

The game is on as of 17th November 2015.

Good news,

Quest difficulty - any requirements?
Hires? any requirements?
Quest selection? Any requirements?
SRE areas - can we farm these for xp?
Can we use /death count to prove our lack of deaths to date?

I never even thought of shroud, but that is a point, that would be a sorry end to a permadeath run.

3, All quests are fair game but be carefull as stuff you would normally run might not be as easy without the normal gear you would have.

5, /death count is not an option it just kills you, but we're working on the honours system so a person's word that they have not died will be taken at face value.

i would advise against /death count because, unless i'm mistaken the "/death" part of that would kill you immediately.

yup this is correct i tried it on a none dnr toon it doesn't work just kills you
