Question Is there a way to tell if a character has a lesser/greater tome of learning on it?

As title asks; if so, how?

    Thank you,

Pull up your character sheet, and if you see a book icon to the right of your experience point bar you have a tome applied.
Mouse over it, and you will get a tool tip that will tell you which tome you have applied.

Unfortunately if you've used both a heroic and epic tome on a character it will only tell you the one that is currently active. (So it will show the heroic but not the epic when your level 1-19 and the epic but not heroic for levels 20+)

    So true.

To match the current trend, they should have them both show up on your character sheet as special feats. Then we wouldn't have that problem anymore.

If you go to the DDO store on that character then i guess it will only show you ones you dont have.

    Has this been resolved yet?

I'm trying to figure out if an alt I recently TR'd has an Epic Tome of Learning. She's level 8 and so I see the Heroic Tome but don't see the Epic one if it is there. When I go to the store she does not have the option to purchase the Epic Tome however the store only shows items that the current character could use.

Does anybody have a workaround for determining whether or not the off-tome (the one not currently in use) has been applied?

Secondarily does anybody have a workaround for purchasing an Epic Tome on a level 8 character if it turns out I do not have it already applied?

Thanks in advance for any help on this.
