    Default In-game store won't load

I have had a black screen since Friday, 06 November.

I spoke to a PC user and they were having a similar issue, which started on the same date, so I doubt it's a Mac/PC thing.

If I highlight the screen with the cursor, I can see the word "Loading…" in the top left corner.

    I have power-cycled the modem.

    I have reinstalled the client.

    Suggestions?

So technical support has contacted me, and twice they have closed the ticket without resolving the issue.

I have now had to submit three tickets for the same issue, without it being resolved.

Is there some sort of communication problem here? When a job is "closed" that usually mean's it's done, and no further is required. This job isn't done. The store is still broken.

Why do they continue to close the ticket(s)?

Please respond to this thread if your store is also broken.

Default What we have tried so far

    1. Re-launch the client
    2. Re-name the preferences in the “Documents” folder
    3. Run the game in windowed mode
    4. Check to see if the Help menu displays correctly: Displays correctly
    5. Re-install the client
    6. Power-cycle the modem
    7. Connect to the internet with a cable instead of wirelessly
    8. Re-size the store window
    9. Updated Adobe Flash
    10. Check to see if Happy Cloud or Play Instantly Mac are installed: Not installed
    11. Check to see if http://xsolla.com/ loads: Loads normally
    12. Check to see if any anti-virus/firewall or similar security based apps installed: None installed
    13. Check to see if deleting Documents > Dungeons and Dragons Online > "Cache" folder helps: No such folder
    14. Check to see if www.google-analytics.com loads normally: Loads normally
    15. Left the store page up for a significant amount of time to see if it eventually loads or gives a time out message: Left the store open for several hours. It neither loads, nor times out.

Quit the DDO client, and open /Applications/Utilities/Terminal

If you are running OSX 10.10.0 – 10.10.3 type:
    Code:
    sudo discoveryutil mdnsflushcache
if you are running any other system type:
    Code:
    sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
You will need to provide your admin password.

This flushes the Domain Name Service caches. It won't hurt anything. No guarantees, but this might help.

I am a Windows user, but same problem. I opened a ticket a few days ago on support.turbine.com but no response.
