    Default Does Draconic Presence work with Phantasmal Killer

    Don't have an arcane atm so cant test it.

    Draconic Presence: +[1/2/3] DC to fear-based spells. Phantasmal Killer is listed as Illusion (Fear).

    As someone who's played a GOld Warlock, I can confirm it increases the DC for Phantasmal Killer.
