    Default Favor Points not added to the DDO Store

    Hello everyone,
    New player with a problem here.
    My ingame name is "Faustis" from server Cannith.

    Yesterday, between 22:00 and 23:00 CEST I got very excited, because I received 3 messages in my in-game inbox when I got 1000 favor;

    - 25 regular TP (that you get for every 100 favor you earn)
    - 100 TP for getting 1000 favor for the first time ever
    - veteran status unlocked

    However, the points did not get added to my DDO store. A guild-mate told me it should be instant, so he suggested to report what happened in a ticket, which I did, and to post a message on the forums.
    Even though I did sent a ticket, I'm not sure the ticket has been received, since I did not get any confirmation e-mail. I tried again, but no e-mail again. (And yes, I've checked my spam-box)

    I have made some screenshots of the in-game mail I received and my DDO-store purchase history (which does show earned favor TP from oktober, but not the 125 TP from last night).

    I have tried relogging, restarting, rebooting, but I don't think it is making a difference.
    It has been over 27 hours and I think I'm going to need some admin-level help.

    Could this be a bug, since the store has recently been renewed and this slipped through testing?
    How can I get my TP?

    I'm a fairly new player to this game, and was getting into it, excited to buy a pack at a discount this week. So far, no luck
    This is my first time running into trouble like this, so I'm very lost on what to do. Forgive me if this post is in the wrong directory.

    (FYI, yes, my joindate says 2014, which is when I made my account, but I only started playing fairly recently)

    Solved, after a few days of panic, I was able to reach customer support (made a twitter account to reach them), and they solved the issue. Got the points added to my account.
