Does swashbuckler and crit rage stack as long as they don't share profile?
I.e. rapier + crit range = +1 multi, +2 range

Swashbuckling and Crit Rage are both competence bonuses as of U28.1, so they technically don't stack, with the larger bonus to crit range being applied. Of course, Swashbuckling gives +0 to crit range and +1 to multiplier to rapiers, while Crit rage gives +2 to crit range and +0 to multiplier, so in the case of rapiers, the lack of stacking doesn't matter.
