    Default New Ebberon Saga

With level 30 coming there will be more exp to grind, so why not make saga from quest we have in ebberon like all necro IV, Carnival chain(will get more popular if part of saga), Sands quest(make sides epic aswell and put them in saga) and Von 1-4. Also would be nice seeing raid saga(both heroic and epic) that would make people run raids more often.

    Sorry for bad english

Because the quests aren't related plot-wise, and the saga chains are all story-related quests.

If they made Delera's epic they could actually have a House Saga where you do the 4 house chains (Carnival, Sentinels, Vault of Night, epic Deleras) and that'd make some sense.

But, yeah, moar sagas is a pretty common request.

Heck, they could do a heroic Necro one that is just all 4 chains. It'd take most of a life to do it but it'd be pretty rewarding.

This should have been the first Saga made, it makes so much sense.

Agree, when they first announced sagas my initial thought was necro 1-4. They could throw in vale I suppose, but already 12 or 13 quests, not counting Ascension Chamber itself

    2 heroic sagas:

To stop a god to be: necro1 to 4 (20 quests)
    or
Listening the undead: Necro1 to 3 (15 quest and people can save necro4 1st time bonus to epic)

    And

To protect your sanity: Madness 1 to 3, path of inspiration and dreaming dark (23 quests)

Yes to new sagas but no to herioc sagas. There is already a glut of XP at the heroic level and because heroic TR mechanics don't work the same way ETR mechanics do it is unnecessary.

Please note that I am only considering TR characters because the XP for a heroic first lifer (and even second) is relatively trivial.

If heroic sagas were implemented I see 3 outcomes:

    1) the XP gained would be so trivial that nobody would bother

    2) most of the XP would be lost as your character gets level capped after running all the quests.

    3) the XP is significant, thus rendering all other quests at level pointless because you already have level capped (see #2) making the ONLY thing you run at heroic is the saga chain.

Yes, I know there is a heroic saga in GH and one in Eveningstar, but that, in my experience, proves my point. I tend to skip a lot of lvl 18-19 content because of the GH saga - the only thing I really do is vale elite and that caps me. After running it once to get some gear (+40HP belt, baby!) I don't bother with the heroic Eveningstar content at all and I don't know many who do. It is saved until epic levels and first time bonuses will still kick in.

Sagas are important at epic levels (where the extra XP from lvl 30 will be needed to be ground out anyway) because while yes, there is a glut of XP in epic levels, when you ETR you stop getting first time bonus XP and bravery bonus XP so sagas make sense as an XP bonus. Also, the millions of XP needed at epic levels leaves plenty of room for these saga bonuses even on a first epic life.

    XP? RENOWN!

Plus, you know, actually making sense as a linked story-line. Necro 1-4 fits that a heck of a lot more than the thrown-together groupings of quests that pass for Sagas in Eveningstar.
