    Default How exactly do you unsub?

    There is no option when I click My Account up at the top of the page there, there is no option in MyAccount @ Turbine, there doesn't seem to be an option to do it anywhere. I still plan to play the game but I can't seem to find any way to control when my monthly sub hits, I need to push it off a a little this month. My computer recently "exploded" and I'm having trouble installing the game so if the only way to unsub is through the launcher I'm in serious trouble...

    On the game log-in screen, click the "Account" button at top center.

    Enter your log in there along with the Capcha human confirmation thing.

    Under the game information for DDO, you'll see two links. One is "change billing options", and to the right of that "cancel subscription".

    You will remain VIP until your current sub runs out, then will automatically drop to Premium.

    of course the other option is to repeatedly send sev a pm that says:

    your mother is a hamster and your father smells of elderberries!

    or Hey, laser lips, your mama was a snow blower.



    but the trick is do it a lot.


    by a lot i mean 50+ a day.

    soon after that you dont have to worry about an account...........









    I don't advocate this at all. just saying.

    Thanks for the replies. For some reason the options showed up in the turbine account today but they were not there yesterday. I have no idea why or what I did differently, at all, maybe the internet just had a hiccup?

    We've been having a recurring issue where subscription information is not displaying correctly in myaccount.turbine.com. It remains under investigation. If for some reason you go to unsubscribe and run into this issue, it will likely fix itself within a couple of hours. If necessary, feel free to contact Account Support instead.
