I can't see my characters on loading screen?

So I uninstalled and installed DDO yesterday, and now I can't see my characters. When I try to enter Khyber, the blue bar on the Loading Screen doesn't progress and the game hangs. Thoughts?

Unfortunately, you will have to delete the dat files and repatch. It can happen where a bad dat file is loaded and not properly checked on launch.
