Do upgraded Cove hats boost chocolate drops/keys etc?

as title, thx. Wondering if hats work in the main Delera graveyard for boosting drops like they do dubloons.

I can't think of any reason why they would. Don't they even specifically say you have to be in smugler's rest, fighting pirates, to earn dubloons?

Sometimes buffs work outside of specific events. The kobold buffs work on the kobolds in the Cannith challenges, but then I suppose it states as much.

If it clearly is not the case, then consider this a suggestion.
