Sorry for breaking of the deadly sins of forum communities (making a duplicate thread), but after posting in the General Discussion I figured I might get a better response here.
I don't know if these are new, I feel a little silly if they aren't, because I never noticed them before. While I was checking out the new DDO Store, I noticed guest passes for "King's Forest", "Wheloon", and "Storm Horns". I have several questions about these guest passes, because I can't find any of the answers online.
The Wheloon guest pass says that it allows access to 5 quests in Wheloon, I assume this excludes the Shadowfell Conspiracy quest, Shadow of a Doubt. Is this a typo? If not, is it an intentional exclusion of Shadow of a Doubt? I have an interest in purchasing this guest pass for friends, but not as much if it means they'd have to skip an integral part of the questline.
The King's Forest guest pass says it allows access to 6 quests. This is confusing to me because there are 7 MotU quests in the Eveningstar area (3 in the King's Forest wilderness area, 4 actually inside Eveningstar). Is this a typo or is there an excluded quest? If there's an excluded quest, which one is it?
Finally, I didn't see any passes for the Underdark or Demonweb content. Are there any plans to have guest passes for this content, or will it indefinitely remain only accessible by purchasing MotU?
Thanks for the continued support of the game. I'm playing with a lot of non-VIP friends and have been making extensive use of the guest passes, and I am trying to figure out if I'll be able to reliably use them for the expansion content, or if my friends will have to buy the expansions to play the content.
