Been experimenting and playing a few EK builds, and noticed that Draconic Incarnation has no option to choose Strength on the stat upgrades. This is very limiting for any full Strength based Sorcerers/Wizards/Artificers/Bards who don't want to choose Fatesinger as their ED (like myself). It also severely hampers my favorite EK build. What is the reasoning behind this? Draconic Incarnation seems the most EK friendly tree, and it not having a Strength option hurts an already behind (from what I've heard) tree.

Yes. Because it is the sorcerer ED.

And Sorcerers can also be Eldritch Knights and Fire Savant that both have strength ability as an option.

The EDs were released before the enhancement pass was released (before that Eldritch Knights never even existed). So it's reflecting on the old Elemental Cannon pew pew nuke nuke aspect of Sorcerer.
IMHO devs are probably not gonna work on EDs for a very long time. Well, actually, I mean they won't work on EDs until they get all the classes themselves up to power levels of Warlocks and Paladins. Which in itself will probably take a very long time.
