This rare and powerful property will permanently increase the user's critical threat range. If someone is exposed to more than one of these effects, only the most powerful one will affect a single person's critical threat range.

And what do you mean "the most powerful one", you want a +2 tome as well? The devs will not 50%+ critical ranges again, that's why IC was nerfed!
