I just equipped the heroic Hide of the Fallen on my rogue, and it does not give a shield bonus. I tried putting a shield on her, and that does give her a shield bonus, but the Hide gives nothing.

Considering that is the 2nd property on this cloak that is broken, does anyone know how to determine whether the armor-piercing 10% is actually working?
