Quarterstaff glancing blows ever fixed?

Hello all,

I don't know why I'm thinking of running more q-staff builds with the mega-nerf coming to the best staves--guess because I have them all already?--but I'm trying to figure out whether they ever fixed the problem that q-staffs don't produce glancing blows on cleaves, unlike all other two-handers. I've heard other players say in-game that it was fixed, but I can't find any confirmation of that on wiki or in the release notes from Update 25 to present. I'd just test it myself on the dummy, but I don't have anyone with the THF feats or a spare toon slot. Anyone know for sure, one way or the other?

Forgot about an old bank toon that had THF line, though not cleave (don't ask). Glancing blows appear for regular hits, so just need some confirmation that the bug that prevented glancing blows on cleaves has been fixed.
