So I have run The Lost Thread multiple times and multiple times the end fight stalls after the first wave comes out. I sit there dancing in front of the scaredy-cat drider sitting behind his little red barrier and waiting for in-game support to get to me.

My question is what is the acceptable time to spend dancing before rage quitting?

Exactly as long as you wish. It may take a long or a short while to get help, depending on what else is going o , so the only marker is your patience.

I was told the quest tends to bug out if you kill stuff too quickly. I prepped an EiN in there the last time and this seemed to bug it out. Implosion/other instakills or DPS spells that go through walls and kill stuff might have a similar effect.

between 10am and 1am IF I had to put in a ticket it was for a wait of no longer then how long I think the quest should be run. Exception to that being stay at the inn that bugged out on me 6 times in a row for me, so I sat afk in the quest till I ended up logging out waiting for a dev (honestly was not even sure if they answered me, I gave up on waiting after about 10 minutes and walked away looking back seldom).

Between 1 and 10 though, just rerun the quest. No GM will be there.

In Lost Thread do not insta-death the archers that come from behind you (near the opposite ramp from the boss), and do not kill things on top of the ramp opposite to the boss. That is the only times I have seen issues in there personally.
