    Default 2 Man DoJ Completion

Click HERE to get your fix of Kanye soup for the elitist soul.

Thought I'd share with my fellow Sarlonians ;P

Although this has been done already, I still consider it an achievement. It's hard for me to find someone who likes doing these challenges as much as I do (P.S. "Gimps" this could have been you). A little sloppy because we didn't have the proper Fire Absorption to survive the blast at the end, but completed nonetheless.

After the wipe at the boss fight, Gordol decided to go make a sandwich...lol...so after he got back he raised us and we completed, I kinda forgot to continue recording the video so I got the very last bit of it at the end, #mybad.

    Thanks Gordol!

Lol, who are you? I wouldn't say it's necessarily "easy stuff", but I never said it was all that hard either. It's just an achievement. And my barb dps is just fine. Max geared full barbarian, doesn't get much better in fact. Of course one could go twf for more single target dps, but I'd rather be thf. Your comment was meaningless...sorry sir.

Intervene.. It's not the build it's the esos. The base damage is so low and you have no versatility with it.

Sorry Brandon. See here and here. Yes, it would seem to the simple-minded that ESoS has "low dps" but it actually in fact has way MORE dps. Just because you might be confusing "low dps" with low damage numbers and not seeing the big flashy 5k's on the screen does not dispute the fact that it crits on 13-20 rather than 17-20. I've done extensive research to determine if it's more worthwhile than Riftmaker, and I wasn't exactly thrilled to find out it actually did trump the Riftmaker, in most cases... (I had to really do some grinding for the ESoS materials once I found out, thanks Seffora btw).

Also, define what you mean by "versatility"? I'm a barbarian, I see things and kill them with an axe or greatsword, not exactly sure how it could be more "versatile". Against your barbarian with more melee power and twf, yes you would do more single-target dps, however, when doing a two-man DoJ, you need that cleave splashing for all those mobs...maybe you can post one of your own videos some time on this, I'd be interested to see how much better your twf barb can perform. Besides it's easy stuff right? ;P

your video doesn't lie. the numbers were low and you're not even breaking dr. you have no versatility because you have 1 weapon with 1 red slot and nothing else contributing to your character. on EH it would be next to useless you wouldn't overcome their dr on most of your hits. just because you crit on a 13 doesn't mean it's big damage. your non 19-20 crits were barely 1000. and non crits in general thf were sub 300. your numbers don't lie

i've proved my barbarians worth on this server on this raid a long time ago considering i'm the just about the only one that consistenly successfully leads PUGs on at least EH.

Both of you have proven yourself to be valuable party members and elite players for sure.

It's definitely been appreciated by the whole community that you are willing to lead these raids EH - usually shortmanned with 100% success rates in the raids I've joined. We've had as few as 5 people I think.

Although quite a few people have two-manned the raid on Sarlona, it's a great accomplishment. Juggles and Gordol are both very impressive players. It's a small percentage of people on the server that could do this and the fact that DR isn't even broken makes it that much more impressive.

    Congrats guys!

Either your monitor and games aspect ratio do not agree or your char might want to lay off some of the ham for a bit.

On topic though, nice job. Made a two man attempt with a buddy of mine, but we didn't have the DPS to complete (that's what you get for playing a caster druid I guess). Think I might have to give it another go when I cap again.
