w/o vials: How are you leveling Cannith crafting skills?

I've been cannith crafting ever since it came out (update 9 in 2011), I stayed at lvl 100 until a few months ago when they had a significant boost to crafting XP (30-50% i don't remember) and then I leveled to 140-145 for the flexible recipes.

I accumulated a lot of essences over the years, so i had enough.

I don't craft much. I have my BTA twink gear +4/+6 stats, heavy fort, false life, secret door detection, true seeing, alacrity, etc. I just pass it around my characters.

What vials? Explain plz.

They are the ones available from the free agent vendor in the Harbor. Perhaps due to coding for crafting, one could stack them for Cannith Crafting in place of lesser essences (at least for shards of potential). It was handy since they cost little.
