Half-Elf Dily warlock....Broken?

So after returning to the game from a long break i used the lesser stone in my inventory to remake my Half-elf rogue/bard. I took the dily warlock as it said it gave 1d4 fire damage. Either i cannot find the toggle to turn it on or its broken. Any ideas?

This is a toggle.

If you go to your character sheet and Feats tab, find the Half-Elf Dilettante for Warlock you should see it has a + next to it. Expand that and you should see something you can drag to your hotbar. Once on the Hotbar you will be able to toggle it off and on.

I looked there and it isnt there. The passive icon is there but no plus sign and no drop down for a toggle. It must be broken. Ill put in a trouble ticket and see what happens. thanks for the info.
