Experience with Delara pt 3 - and GM feedback

Hi, I'm currently stuck in Delara's pt 3 at the 3rd soul lock, where the gates to shrine and lever do not open. The exact same thing happened yesterday. I just filed a ticket, hoping a GM can help me ASAP, but I'm not having high hopes unfortunately.
What's your experience, does a GM respond within 1 hour for instance? I can't sit and wait all day!
And also: Have anyone else experienced this problem with Delara pt 3, do you know what to do in any case?

And you are sure that all the coffins are broken and skeletons in the area are dead?

The longest I've waited for an in-quest ticket that actually got answered while I was still in said quest is about an hour {Mostly I won't wait that long}. I have had tickets where a GM has replied a lot longer than an hour after I posted the ticket!

As for Delera Pt 3....I have had this happen before at the 3rd Soul Lock and I fixed it by recalling, resetting the instance and going again.
The Quest is quite short and it's not worth the wait for a GM unless it keeps happening {And in 5 Years of running Delera's on over 50 characters I've had it happen exactly twice}.

Try not to leave any mobs up top when you jump down into the 3rd Soul Lock area - I believe that's the issue myself though I could be wrong. When I go into that room I jump straight down by the entrance so as not to wake up any mobs up top.

the Soul Lock Guardian has run off and somewhere in the dungeon. usually it doesn't come back. the way i beat it is to immediately drop down when i enter the room before it runs off or i stay to the left fighting skeletons along the way so it doesn't agro me if im looking to try for breakable bonus.

i submitted a ticket last time and waited a half hour. it was faster for me to just restart the quest.

When this happened to me yes everything in the soul lock area was dead, all sarcs smashed.

Up top was a different matter and once down you can't get back up.

Yup, this is clearly not WAI, since the soul lock guardian is a required kill.
Turbine, please fix, and also please have GM's respond within reasonable time when such bugs occur.

When this happened to me yes everything in the soul lock area was dead, all sarcs smashed.

Up top was a different matter and once down you can't get back up.

So I avoid waking anything up up top these days and haven't had this happen in a long time {probably about 2 years}.

I was able to make the jump back up with a jump of 18 and a +10 pot. Made it a few times without a failure so it is likely in the 20-25 range. Of course after searching all the way back to the entrance nothing was found so I submitted a ticket and it was a quick response.

It certainly would be more clear if they had an alternative name for optionals which are not optional, like 'Additional' or something. But kinda not the point of the thread.
