As usual, I have more questions:

Would A Guardian of the Liturgy (with Meteoric Star Ruby) in the main hand and Radiance II Dagger in the off hand make a good combination?

Is it possible to make a Green Steel Mineral II Dagger with the Good property? Having read the DDO-Wiki pages on Green Steel crafting, it remains unclear how the shards affect weapon alignment.

How would a Green Steel Mineral II Dagger perform versus something like the Turbulent Epee?

just to add--I haven't made a min II but you can select Holy for good DR bypass. I suggest you make a min II kukri though since it will be keen anyway (I assume you are a rogue with IC pierce) and the kukri will be more useful for other class incarnations.

Considering how monks are suffering somewhat atm (in which case i'd suggest shortsword) i'd agree with a rad2 kukri - it's tasty in heroics, and don't rule it out in certain epic content either - blinding enemies is always handy, and when you're literally just an eye, blindness is no-save instant death
