    Exclamation No Reply from Turbine !!!????

    I have tried 3 different email providers to try to get a response from turbine?
    Not had any issues with my normal email previously???

    Also, tried posting the Facebook site for DDo, but the post has now vanished??

    I have yet again this year, not received my VIP DDO points on the anniversary of the subscription?
    Can some one PLEASE contact me in regards to this issue?

    As it also, has happened to 2 others in our group, who also, appear to not receive any replies from lodging a ticket?

    Seems a little odd, 3 people, 5 different email addresses, 3 different providers??

    Please contact me ASAP, as i have been emailing for the last 4-6 weeks??

    What DDO points at subscription anniversary ?

    As a VIP you get 500 TP every month at the date of the month your subscription is renewed.
    ( the date of your first payment regardless of the plan you did select... I became VIP on the 17th of a month long ago, I get my point on the 17th of each month, and I'm on a 6 month VIP plan. )

    Some people still get the points monthly.
    But as a yearly Game Time Card Renewal you get all those points once a year, on the anniversary, or when you renew.

    The way to get this resolved is to send a ticket to Account Support by going to support.turbine.com. You can also call Account Support, but as you state, that may be geographically prohibitive. They will be able to resolve your issue.

    ahhh, i see now.
    I didn't mention the times i've tried to contact Turbine has been through the ticket system.
    Now i understand why everyone keeps telling me to submit a ticket!

    3 times i've submitted a ticket with 3 different email providers being MY return email address.
    I even added my emails to the CC bit to see which one gets through to me, but this doesn't happen either??

    I also, used an old email from a previous time they didn't allocate my VIP points, and i got a reply!
    But the reply was automated and stated the case is now closed and i'll have to submit a new ticket!!!!

    So, around and around i go, trying to get a hold of SOMEONE in turbine who can look at my account, see that the points didn't go on, and fix it!

    I've also, messaged the person above as suggested, still no reply as yet?
    Maybe its a day off?

    I have tried yet again to "Lodge a Ticket" through the "Account Support" page.
    What are the odds that 3 different email addresses don't get through??
    One is even a Gmail account?

    Still no reply from the private message i sent as per an above suggestion from someone either?

    Maybe Turbine should stop with the once a year point payment?
    I've not had any troubles until you started this system!
