Default Low FPS after upgrading my IMAC

hello everybody. I hope anyone could help me. First of all i have a IMac 21.5 mid 2011. Last week i decided to upgrade it just to extend his life. I just installed inside a Vertex A460 240GB SSD (with Sata3 cable for a 6Gb) and i've just raised the Ram from 4 to 16gb. The GPU is a Radeon 6750 512mb (quite enough for playing at very high res).
Till the upgrade explained above i was playing quite well both on OSX and windows 7(via Bootcamp) without experience any problem on the FPS. Now after the upgrade, i'm really having bad FPS. i've tried to install a fan control speed, i've installed the game w/o Steam and the absurd thing is that i'm having the same problem on the windows side too.
I've checked the GPU state, CPU and everything works fine. In addition i tried to upgrade the GPU drivers on the windows side but it says that i got the latest version.
i tried also to lower the graphic setting but anything changed. Still having low FPS (which is really frustrating)
I hope someone could really help me.

    Thx a lot.

When you reinstalled OSX did you use the disk utility, delete the partition and erase using OSX Extended (Journaled)http://osxdaily.com/2015/10/01/clean...l-capitan-mac/

BTW, you need to do this or the partition mapping will not be optimixed for the Mac. All hard drives are formatted for windows now.

When updating your drivers for your GPU did you also get the AMD gaming evolved app? It should be in the system tray (on a pc atleast) And it doesn't play well with DDO, I'm using an R9 290 card 4gb and with that running I'm getting 10-20 fps. I have to manually close down the app when playing ddo.
