I can't buy Turbine points

I purchased 6300 Turbine points about a month ago. No problem, easy transaction and I was able to purchase the products I wanted in the DDO store. I purchased the points via Steam through the DDO store.

Then a week ago I decided to purchase some more Turbine points. Same procedure, I went into the DDO store in game and tried to purchase. It took me to the same screen, redirect to purchase points through Steam. Only the purchase points button didn't work this time. Just went from blue to yellow and no other action. The store itself seemed to time out during the purchase and I had to close it and re-open it to get it working again.

So I figured maybe there was a problem on the local machine or the local client and I went to another machine and got the same problem.

I decided at that point to purchase points directly from Turbine and went to the DDO.com site and tried to do so. Unfortunately you have to purchase Turbine points in game. There's no way to purchase directly from the DDO.com website.

And there's no way to purchase points in the store available except to go purchase via Steam.

So I am unable to give you guys business. Is there any way to get this fixed or am I just grinding points for the rest of my DDO play experience with no way to actually pay you guys money to play the game?

Your not the only one that is unable to purchase TP via Steam my friend has been trying for a week or so & hes out of TP / Shards so is now unable to make any in-game purchases

there rolling out a new in-game Store https://www.ddo.com/en/news/new-store-coming-soon So we will prob have to wait till they release the new store before steam will work again !!

Hope they Sort this out Soon as i will be needing to buy TP myself
