What kind of times were people see on paladins and barbarians with a 10-stack of blitz?

I managed to hit 19.2 seconds, but im certain there is better.

I would be interested the times from some current DPS builds as well.

I just did a few new DPS Tests:
Ranger Khopesh TWF Str:
(1. 23s)
2. 17,3s
3. 20,7s
4. 16,8s

The first try was without Auto-attack and I Think I screwed up the timing. One also needs to keep in Mind that these tests are biased towards A Thousand Cuts because with a 15s uptime its on most of the Time:

Time without a Thousand Cuts: 26,8s

Gear on the Build was good but not maxed for DPS, no Epic Litany for example (Also no Guild buffs and probably some other stuff). There should be quite a bit of room for improvement.
