    Default Use offer 15 month

    Hello!

    Tried to change my 6 month subscription to this 15 month offer.

    I think it is changed but on my account it still says 6 month plan. (it will be renewed 28 januari i think). Have i missed to change that next time i get this offer or is it saying 6 month just because my plan right now is 6 months?

    How can i make sure its changed?

    (feel free plz to change it to this offer if i have misssed doing it plz :-)

    should update at next billing, only way to know that it all processed would be to contact support.

    Try logging onto your account at and check the subscription payment plan. That may have updated to the new plan name saying something along the lines of 15 month sub with next billing in Jan.

    Thats why im a tad worried, it still says 6 months.

    then yeah, try the email (find it a bit slow of a response,) call (faster response but spend time on hold for a bit), or though less common try maybe sending someone like Cardo a PM. I know it is not his department to look in, but if you just reference this thread in the PM he may take the time to comment in here with better directions of forward the pm to someone else.

    Personally I would go with option 2 (calling 1-855-WBGAMES (1-855-924-2637)), but that is just due to the fact that I hate to think that someone else will do the work for me. It should be a fast call when you get someone on the line, expect some time on hold though. Last time I had to call for something I just had my phone call me when I was off hold. Took 30-45 minutes till I was on the phone with someone and was off the phone in less then 5.

    If you're worried about it, perhaps you can call the mentioned number and Customer Service can .. upgrade.. your subscription. Worth trying.
