I would head to Crystal Cove. I would spend my time between drinking and eating at the Smuggler's Rest and scaring kobalds into looting crystals for me.

I would then take that loot and use it to trade for gear that would keep those pesky heroes from taking my other loot.

He would do a tour of the Scottish distilleries of course! After the burning fires of Shavarath, the mellow glow from a few dozen fine single malts is exactly what any self-respecting almost-conquering-then-banished-then-redeemed devil general would want!

Anywhere I went people would just scream and die...so pretty much everywhere's going to be a fun vacation spot!

While I would never be such a horrific monster, if I were to advise such a creature on vacation choices, as implausible as that might be, I would suggest infiltrating the most heavily guarded demon stronghold of the Abyss with a picked band of devils and attempting to destroy the place from the inside out. Since devils enjoy battle so much, a very difficult battle would surely relieve much stress and, for a time, it would keep many evil monsters from causing mischief elsewhere.
