The game doesnt load

Hello all, i start the launcher, log in, chose server, chose char,appears the loading screen and everything stops....the game simple doesnt load....server argo
any sugestion?

you probably have a firewall somewhere that blocks the client in UDP.

Before you choose your character all the communications are done through TCP... once you start a character you also initiat UDP communications...

It can be Windows internal Firewall, but it can be an external firewall.

I have this same issue but I turned my firewall off and still won't load, so what do I do??

I'd say reinstall the game... I had a similar issue long ago and I solved it by reinstalling... I know it's tedious, long and you have to clean up the akamai_netsession mess ( if it bother you ) again... but for this kind of issue, if it's not the firewalls, it's something wrong with the install.

Hey,
I had the same issue just now. It didn't help to reset the game display settings via the launcher options but I got rid of the UserPreferences.ini file in Documents/Dungeon and Dragons Online and that worked. Launcher downloaded some files again but that fixed it.
