I think I know the answer to this, but when I do an epic reincarnation, do I HAVE to respec lvls 1-20, or can I just go back to level 20 and keep everything previous the same without doing the level-by-level stuff?

You have to go level by level re-picking skills/feats/stats.

That's what I thought. They really need to offer the option to skip that and just go to 20th with everything the same...

It's been proposed before and the dev response was basically, "More trouble than it's worth to code." So oh well...
