Anybody else can't get to the bank?

I can't seem to access the bank. I got to the banking NPCs talk to them, say "I'd like to check my account" and nothing. I don't have the issue with other servers, and I'm thinking it has something to do with when my items and equipment disappeared a few years ago when I stopped playing. Did not think much of it then, since when I came back I just restarted on another server with some friends for awhile, so Orien being broken did not bother me.. Now that I'm back solo, I'd kinda like to use my old toons. Don't mind my items being gone... but no bank? Kinda... not cool.

I have not noticed it or even heard of anyone else with that problem. Sorry about your luck.
