Malicia in Big Top bugs out with force field on, quest not complete-able

We had this happen to us twice in a row. Big Top quest cannot be completed when it happens.

In VoD the other day we had to wait around for the longest time, almost thought it was bugged until someone pointed out we might be doing to much DpS and got skipped past some HP thresholds. These older quests where "something happens" at certain HP thresholds seem to bug out when confronted with "veteran builds" or in other words Too Much DpS!

Yeah this is not a new bug. If you don't want to redo, wait ~5 minutes and her forcefield will drop.

yeap. Been that way for.. years now actually.

Just wait as it takes less time to wait than it does to re run unless you know a lot of short cuts that Turbine probably frowns upon.

Or as stated on your next time through slow down. Some women like it slow not fast.

There are two Malefic Knife Throwers that will bug Malicia's shield, causing it to stay up. As stated before if you wait long enough it will come down again and she will be target-able. To avoid this from occurring, I dance or otherwise crowd control these two Knife Throwers. As long as you do not kill them, Malicia will go through her normal sequence without the five-ish minute waiting bug. Once her shield comes down, you can kill the Knife Throwers.

This is similar to the end fight in The Lost Thread. If you kill the initial spawn of drow before the second set of doors open, it causes the spawning to stop and the quest cannot be completed. I am not certain if you wait long enough if the doors will eventually continue to open, as I have never waited.
