It's very dark. When I autoadjusted colors in some random image viewer, the architecture and deco looks like Sharn. Considering how high you are above the ground, it could be flying quest. But why is it so dark?

Yes, it is Genesis Point. Endfight Optional West Gate: it is the room where you destroy the spawning portals to stop the reinforcements.
