Where Am I?

I don't recall seeing a dwarf statue with ax raised anywhere before. Especially on a column, and moreso with what looks like a magic anvil in front of it. However, it does make me think of Moradin, and even though I didn't run them on Lamannia (so as not to spoil it when my group runs them), I know the new quests coming in U36 center around dwarves. So I'm going to guess that it's someplace in one of the new quests that was on Lamannia?

figured it was one of the new quests... was gonna go on lam to try and find it, but then i gave up at character creation.

Is that the horrendous swim from Crucible? The alcove that you have to try to get into to turn the valve that will stop the fan that gives the water a strong current?
