This wheelbarrow also appears in Lost in the Swamp, so at first I was thinking somewhere around Eveningstar, but the flora is wrong for that. I'll take a stab at it though, let's say... Archer Point Defense.

Ooh, good guess, but not in this case. That shaft is much deeper, and at the same angle would be seen from above water.

It is a quest you're likely to run around the level of The Pit, however.
