Nope. Increasingly it seems like the 'tough' images in this thread are the obscure ones or real close ups of something that could be anywhere. This one would fall under the obscure category so I'll give a big hint off the top.

This ship only comes in to port 2 or 3 times a year in DDO.

You all have turned out to be the be extremely good at this game! So, I am giving you a tough one. I was trying to get an action shot, and this isn't perfect, but I figured it could be fun ... where am I and who is that?

Isn't that in Tangleroot wilderness area? If not, there are only a few quests in which it could be. I assume it is not in Freshen the Air since I do not recall the Lily petal collectable there.
