Yes it is. Each class trainer zone has special effects. At the rogue, there are lots inactive of traps; the arcane casters have fire and ice effects, and there's also a chapel (which has the paladin and/or cleric/fvs trainer). I believe the fighter has a number of inactive training dummies.

Oh, I take that back Titus, is the chandelier in the Vault of the Artificers challenge pack Extraplanar Palace? I just ran through there doing Buying Time on epic and am pretty sure the chandeliers are the same as the ones in your image.

I was going to go look, but after moving about 10 feet in 15 minutes, I decided bail on the game for a while and just guess.

While running around last night, waiting for my guildmate to grab a new hireling, I noticed a bunch of flyers tacked up to the wall in the marketplace, under the tent, and just off to the left as you're looking at the bridge that takes you to the trainers and harbor gate. Would these be those flyers?
