"When asked if the developers hate the players, as they make so many challenging jumping puzzles, their response was that they have what they consider a “… normal amount of contempt for the players.” This is good. A dungeon master should always nurse a healthy contempt for his or her players."

Bingo, well done! Nice job of reading between the lines there! This is actually a floor tile in the white dragon's treasure room.
Of course the first clue relates to standing in the circle at the beginning of the quest & not being worthy of an audience. And de-scaling the dragons is one of the best parts of the quest
You have also spared the masses from the next two hints, which were going to be "This quest can be a giant pain" and "The opening battle features a torrential assault"

How does one feel 'unworthy' running Tor? I was in the process of compiling a list of DDO quests with 'worthiness' in the title. Haha (Redemption, The Rewards of Trechary, The Snitch, Purge the Heretics, The Scoundrel's Run, Spies in the House, The Prisoner, The Rescue, The Enemy Within etc. etc.)
