Looking through my screenshot folder i found this. I was at the exact same location studying the fine painting too!
Unfortunately my screenshots before and after this particular one don't give me hints on where it could be. Only that it's taken in April 2013, so the content is from that timeframe or before.

Then today i was boringly running through our guildship and stumbled across this:

The exact painting! Still no original location but i thought it was funny i see this picture twice on 2 different locations.

It's the Black Loch. They are really obsessed with it artistically. I think they are trying to figure out why lag occurs on everyone's screen when processing the view in that quest...

I don't know everyplace in Stormreach and extended. But I really enjoy the detail Turbine has put in be it messy tents of a Silverflame officer or the view of stormreach while falling from a failed teleport

The three barrel cove painting above I'm still not sure where it is but the terrible thing is I know I've seen it before and thinking "Black Loch".
