No . It is Necromancers on Korthos. When you go down the rght side where the Sahuagin is waiting at the lever. Right next to it, stands this horrible Iron maiden and some subjects of testing.

Thanks, I kind of run through quests and when I see something of interest I'll take a quick picture. Half the time they are too dark or not that interesting but that one turned out nice. I like the color contrast in it as well.

No, not harbor. I run by this point every life at least once and sometimes twice or more including epics. I just never look to the right to see what's there when I am at the point where I can see this room. It is in one of the Houses of Stormreach.
