Is that in that side room of House of Broken Chains? It is a room that one does not need to go down, just has a few nasty mobs. Might be wrong, again...Note that the image implies House of Rusted Blades, though, so it might be that one. Gahh.

Yepper, Loreick was asking where is the treasure room (its the big ship fully equipped), so we were looking for it; then I was wondering about placing it on floor 1 instead of floor 2 and pondering what I could swap it with...lol...The art designs are quite good.
