Looks like the same trophy, but not the same location.

Refer to 1181 & 1182 where that location was confirmed to be the airship tavern - and the wall is different.

As a hint, I would say that the character in the shot is level 8 - but that would just be mean.

From Update 1 Patch 1 Release Notes: Misty, the apprentice of the Twelve, will offer True Druidic Hearts of Wood in exchange for 20 epic dungeon tokens.

From Update 9 Release Notes: The sorceress Misty, who used to handle epic trades, is missing from her perch outside of the Tower of The Twelve. The skilled conjurers of The Twelve have summoned a magma para-elemental named Lahar to assist adventurers until the mystery of Misty's disappearance is solved. Lahar is also now offering the barter UI for easier shopping.

From the Wiki description of Lahar: Lahar can survive slipping into the lava, unlike poor Misty who he replaced.
