    Amrath quest obviously but I am guessing Sins of Attrition where the air jets blew you up top?

    right quest, but no jets. I used the brazier that you can see in the lower right corner and jumped. wasn't sure if those quests are run enough these days for people to guess them fast, but it looks like you are at the top of your game. nice one.

    That shot is within the Anniversary Party challenge, looking out the ballroom skylight. Presumably that is the same white dragon that flies over the Marketplace.
