I was thinking that Picture 3 is something like Hiding in Plain Sight but not sure exactly where--possibly by Osgood's Basement (Information is Key) final room?s

The first room in Info is Key, looking back along the wall where you have to break the boxes to get to lever. I don't have glowing eyes, but the mirror isn't showing my Ioun Stone either.

Picture 2 is in Rushmore's Mansion, and multi-story in both terms of quests and physical location (it's on the first floor of the assassin's two level apartment).

Picture 3 is indeed Information is Key, as well as HiPS, both of which contain Osgood's Basement. The reason there are no vampires here is the preponderance of running water you have to cross in both quests.


This one isn't What Goes Up or A Break in the Ice. Also, the two in the background aren't spirit binders. Look closely at their symbols; that may clear up where this is, and why I mentioned a mule, though I suppose what you really need are "friends."

It's a little hard to tell on my screen, but it looks like those symbols are a wizard trainer on the left, and a sorcerer trainer on the right. Beyond that, I have no clue where that is. But we have at least narrowed it down to a public instance with both wizard and sorcerer trainers near one another.

I'm thinking this is some public area that was closed off before my time and the only way to get there is to be summoned there by a bracelet of friends by someone who has a character there that has never left. Kind of like how you can still be in smugglers rest even after the event is closed.

I'm betting there might be a spirit binder nearby.
