(For the uninitiated, a Warner Bro's cartoon featuring a coyote bent on causing mayhem and using notoriously defective products made by a company called ACME...with often disastrous & unintended results)

I'm going to say one of the floor grates in Night Revels, Kobold's Newest Ringleader.

Thanks for picking up on that, no we did not get a correct guess for the location on this one.

It is indeed in the Kobold's Newest Ringleader under one of the floor grates.

Next up a relatively easy one:

I'd say that's at the bottom of the wilderness area for Thunderholme.

The chest is for one of the red names near where you shift the mirrors there. I've seen the same chest and wonder how anyone could possibly reach it to examine the contents. I agree with Nonesuch, instead of fixing this chest, I think the devs should run with it and inscribe 'ACME' on the bottom of it. On second thought, maybe something within the lore of Eberron would be more appropriate, how about 'With love, House Cannith' on the bottom of all chests? You wouldn't be able to see the message on normal chests, but each time you got a 'special' floating chest you would be thanking the house of innovation and advancements in technology.

A deer in the bottom of the Thunderholme wilderness area however I have not yet seen. It does remind me of the deer I saw in the dried up moat of Nagoya Castle however. Google 'Nagoya Castle moat deer' or here is a link:
