That looks to me like it might be Gladewatch Outpost. It could be from either Gladewatch Outpost Defense, or Kobold Assault. If I'm correct, that is.

Hmmm... There are a few places that look similar to that. My first guess is in The Riddle. But then again, it also looks like it might be from Thorn and Paw. If I had to choose just one, I would go with the first. But if I were wrong and got a second guess, then I'd go with the second one.

Edit: Thinking about it again, I'm going to switch those. Start with Thorn and Paw, then go to The Riddle.

No, not harbor. I run by this point every life at least once and sometimes twice or more including epics. I just never look to the right to see what's there when I am at the point where I can see this room. It is in one of the Houses of Stormreach.

Next hint is the location can be found when running the VON chain. Again, it is off to the side, slightly neglected, probably a location that people rarely ever look.
