It does but the note "Out of the way spot in a quest we have all been to. Where is this?" doesn't quite fit.

Maybe the small wilderness on the way to Faithful Departed. I guess we have all been to the quest at least once but maybe never again

I've seen the Fish Bait somewhere. There's a guy fishing on a pier and if you swim underwater you see the goblet at the end. I just can't remember where in the game I saw that. Maybe in Inspiration quarter down by the docks.
