I'm probably wrong, but the first thing that came to mind was the underwater route in the Restless Isles. I think it leads to the Ghola-Fan quest.

I would like to say ruins of thermal chain, but I think its more likely Made to Order or a similar mining quest?

Colour me impressed! Yes, that's the small underwater nook you get to when you dive into the pool to the left before the entrance of "Bring me the head of Ghola-Fan". Sadly, you cannot enter the quest that way.

Nice pic, had to visit a few to find out, Kundarak weapon shop has 3 similar furnaces but in another pattern
