Here's a hint. Adventurers used to gather here, usually in groups of 3. It has since been sealed but is still accessible via jumping. Also, anyone have any guesses on the brown piece of rubble and wall? There's only a couple quests with the color scheme, but looking for whereabouts in the quest

The sealed area looks like the old Gianthold Tor battleground, where you'd have to stay within the squares on either end for a few minutes to spawn the Gatekeeper, though it's much darker than I remember.

As for the rubble, it almost looks like entry area of the Citadel of the Dawn, perhaps on the southwest where the small skiff is perched above the second parapet?

Gianthold Tor is correct! The side passages are sealed off with stones, though the old summoning squares are still behind there if you jump up the rubble and along the wall ledge to get behind. Your other guess is not the correct quest but you are close!
