    Yup! thats it!
    It's in a break in the ice. Off of one of the first bridges you cross, there is a waterfall on your left falling into some water, this screenshot was taken after i jumped down. . . unfortunately i needed a ddoor to get out.

    Arrrgh I knew it was one or the other in the chain, just picked the wrong one. I've always felt like there should be something down there to kill or discover.
