not sure if someone already got this one or not (going back through and trying to find unanswered ones), but that looks like the hole in acid wit above the one water-soaked chamber that really only has some DM flavor text in it

The area I took this had several similar looking pipes, so the quest will be close enough. Bonus points for the exact location therein, based on the clue included in shot.

I have seen those broken gates in many older quests, the concrete work looks newer though ... hmmm ... maybe Creeping Death?

Picture isn't great because it's taken submerged in lava, but can anyone guess where this is? A hidden Iron Key in a lava pit, that nobody ever notices.

My glass has been acused of only being half full many times over the years.

No, this is one of the old old quests. (I'm hesitating now thinking I should have looked around more to make sure they didn't over-use this broken gate elsewhere.)

I double-checked, and the broken grate is only seen twice in the quest I was in and only once with the extra tube and mini-boss spawn. It is just down the hall from this enlightened one:

This is the kobold story telling room in the Reaver's Reach. It's not new, but not widely known. I only visited it after reading about it in Geoff Hanna's blog DDO Gamer.

Of the two, STK is closer to the target.

The quest is a Marketplace quest, and not all that popular I don't think.
The named item from the quest is a common sight on the nearby Brokers.


That should narrow it down nicely.
